Business Innovation and Investment (provisional) visa (subclass 188)

This visa allows investor and business owners to own and manage a business, conduct business and investment activity or entrepreneurial activity in Australia. This is a temporary visa valid for 4 years and 3 months. This visa required you to be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government agency.

Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888)

Business Visa Subclass 888 is a permanent visa for the visa holders of the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) or holders of a subclass 444 (Special Category) visa or certain holders of a subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay) visa. This visa let you stay indefinitely in Australia, enrol in Medicare and apply for medicare if eligible.
